From the very beginning, Erik was very nice, friendly, responsive, and just a very savvy business man aimed to score high marks on Customer Satisfaction, and that is exactly what he did with me. I had years of over-grown trees reaching far into my yard over my pool all coming from my neighbors yard. Erik sent Lester, his crew chief, over my house within a half hour who provided me with a very reasonable quote to get the job done. I accepted the quote and Lester and his crew showed up early the next morning. They did an outstanding job and cleaned up everything including debris that fell in the pool. Overall, 5 Stars. About an hour after the job was completed, Erik contacted me to get a quality check from me to see if I was satisfied with the job; of course I said "Yes" and thanked him for an outstanding job. "I needed to have a large multi trunk pepper removed from the front yard. It has an evasive root system, which I've put it off for a while only because of the cost. I received multiple bids for the project - OUCH$$$... Then I got Erik's bid (low)... I was thinking, is this real? and what would it look like afterwards? - I want it looking good. Well, a savings between $600 and $1,000 less than the competition, I couldn't be more happy. Erik did the same or better quality of work for that much less! WOW! The crew was excellent, professional and very thorough. They were right on time. The clean up was like they weren't even there - except for the missing tree. We got to keep all the bark from the stump grinding, and we even got to keep some large pieces they cut for outdoor seating. "Had Erik and his crew take care of two large Birch trees, an overgrown Italian Cypress, cleared another tree that had affected my rain gutters and the cut back trees that were getting close to my neighbor's homes. Maybe a total of 14 trees trimmed. To top it off, they tidied up the entire landscape and did a great job cleaning up following the job. The whole project cost was a little higher than my original budget, but I underestimated the size of the job to begin with. Despite that, the final results were great and well worth the cost! "I couldn't be happier to have found Erik's company on yelp. I submitted a request for an estimate and he was the only honest guy that was willing to give me a quote through the pictures I sent. The others that came to see the site in person before him just had a bad vibe and gave ridiculous estimates. Erik even beat my lowest estimate which was a no brainer at that point for us to leave a deposit with him. We had a big job of the removal of 10 20' pine trees on the property with atleast 3 of them being in close proximity to either the house itself or our fence on the perimeter. His crew was quick but even more importantly careful of not destroying property or the other trees around the pine. Take my word and call him up and you'll definitely have the same experience I did."
